  • Occupancy: 500 people with tables and chairs, 700 people with chairs only

Wellington Room

  • Occupancy: 200 people with tables and chairs, 250 people with chairs only

Harvest Room

  • Occupancy: 80 people with tables and chairs, 120 people with chairs only

Recreation Centre

  • Located adjacent to Douro Community Centre
  • Occupancy: 40 people with tables and chairs, 80 people with chairs only

Catering Services

Available at the Douro Community Centre and the Dummer (Warsaw) Community Centre

Dinner

  • Choice of ham, beef or chicken
  • Potatoes, coleslaw, buns, gravy
  • 2 vegetables
  • Choice of 3 pies
  • Tomato or apple juice
  • Tea and coffee
  • $16 per person for buffet
  • (add $1 for chicken)

Late Lunch

  • Sandwiches $4.50 per person
  • Buns and meat $5.50 per person

If you wish to have your own caterer, place settings, use of kitchen and coffee urns can be rented.
