Election Day for the 2010 Municipal Election is Monday, October 25, 2010
Don’t miss your chance to Vote!
2010 is Municipal Election year and your opportunity to vote for the members of your Township Council and the School Board Trustees who will represent your interests for the next 4 years.
The nomination period opened on January 4, 2010. Anyone wishing to file nomination papers with the Clerk may do so, in person, during normal office hours up to September 9, 2010 and between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on September 10, 2010 (Nomination Day). Forms are available at the municipal office or on our website. You can check our Elections Page to get further information and to check the ‘Unofficial List of Nominations’ received to date.
The Preliminary List of Electors will be available on September 1, 2010 – please ensure that you are on the list. Contact our office at 705-652-8392 for assistance. The revision period is very short so it is important for you to check that you are on the list so you will receive your Mail-in-Ballot Voter Kit. Voters’ Kits will be mailed out September 27, 2010 to every person who qualifies to be an elector and whose name is on the Voters’ List.
